By reading this Privacy Policy, the user is informed about how Bellica collects, processes, and protects personal data provided through the forms available on the website www.Bellica.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as data derived from their browsing activity and any other data they may provide in the future.

The user must carefully read this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple manner to facilitate understanding and to help them freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide their personal data to Bellica.


3. DATA REGISTRATION

In compliance with Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, users are informed that the personal data requested in our forms will be included in the relevant personal data file in accordance with the requested service, with Bellica as the data controller.

These files are registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.

4. REGISTRATION PROCESS

Regarding the registration process, the user, who declares to be of legal age (18 years or older), is solely responsible for the accuracy and quality of the data entered into the forms and agrees to provide truthful, accurate, and complete data about their identity as requested in the registration form. The user also agrees to keep all registration data up to date so that it remains truthful, accurate, and complete.

If the user provides any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or if Bellica has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, Bellica reserves the right not to provide any services.

According to Article 22 of the LSSICE, users can opt-in to receive commercial communications by checking the corresponding consent box in the various forms to expressly authorize the receipt of electronic marketing communications.

If the application includes personal data of individuals other than the requester, the user must, prior to providing such data, inform those individuals of the points covered in the paragraphs above.


5. DATA PROCESSED

  • Identification data: first name, last name, national identity number (DNI) or foreign identity number (NIE), and image.
  • Contact details: address, landline, mobile phone, email address.
  • Personal characteristics: date of birth, age, gender, nationality.

6. PURPOSE OF DATA USE AND RETENTION

Users are informed and consent to the use of their data for the provision of the requested service and for receiving commercial updates regarding new products and services developed by Bellica.

Bellica assures that data will never be used for purposes other than the provision of services and will be deleted when no longer necessary.

Bellica does not share client or user data with any other company.

Bellica has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of personal data and has implemented all technical and organizational measures available to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, or theft of the personal data provided. Nonetheless, users are aware that network communications may not be completely secure.
